HR :O ye kya hota hai :p koi sabzi hogi zaroor :D chalo jo bhi hai humaari company to iski shortage mein contribute nahi kar rahi, humaare hisse ke jitne bhi bante hai ye HR professionals (maybe only 4-5 per year) hum to dashako se industry ko donate karte aaye hai, aage bhi karte rahenge :)
ReplyDeleteBTW long long time ago the sleeping elephant was given the award for the best HR practices in India, god knows where those HR practices went!!! Maybe they are there still there, maybe they were revolutionary 20 years ago and obsolete today!!!
